Next-Generation Nucleic Acid Testing Probe Design Model for In Vitro Diagnostic
RosePeak addresses the challenges of complex probe optimization processes and high costs in existing vitro nucleic acid diagnostics by introducing a large language model based on thermodynamic and kinetic calculations. This AI-driven tool designs high accuracy, high specificity detection probes, streamlining the development process for diagnostic companies and labs. Through integrated solutions that combines software and consumables, RosePeak accelerates optimiation of probe design process, reduces experimental costs and enhances detection accuracy as compared to traditional approaches.
