Mr Justin Kwok serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Alpha Care, where he spearheads the company’s strategic vision, fundraising initiatives, and the structuring of critical joint ventures and partnerships. In addition to driving growth strategies, he provides executive oversight for operations, investments, and talent management to ensure scalable organizational capabilities.

Prior to Alpha Care, Mr Kwok was the Managing Director of a healthcare-focused private equity fund. In this capacity, he led investment teams through the full asset management lifecycle, overseeing the evaluation of over 100 deals across diverse sectors. Back in 2024, he also founded a management consultancy specializing in healthcare technology, supporting both startups and listed entities.

His deep market insights are rooted in nearly two decades as an equity research analyst at Goldman Sachs, where he lead analyst for a broad portfolio ListCos healthcare services, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), and regional real estate. He also held a senior management role at Gushengtang Holdings Ltd, China’s largest TCM clinic chain, leading their capital markets and overseas development.

Mr Kwok holds a master’s degree in real estate and a bachelor’s degree in social sciences from the University of Hong Kong. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of International Real Estate and Construction (DIREC) at PolyU, focusing on how physical asset management drives corporate valuation in healthcare. His professional designations include CFA, CAIA, MRICS, and CESGA.

An avid outdoor photographer and dedicated volunteer, Justin actively supports NGOs including the Scouts Association of Hong Kong and the Riding for the Disabled Association.
