Vehicle / Cargo pass for Single Entry to HKCEC: vehicle pass is needed for every entry to parking for load and unload to Exhibition Hall 3G on May 31, June 1 and June 4 during Move-in/out time. Please contact the Conference Secretariat Miss Tracy Tsoi at cra.tracy@cityu.edu.hk to get the vehicle pass in prior.

Please remind the forwarder to ship your materials to your booth in Hall 3G, HKCEC on June 1 (Sunday). No deliveries can arrive earlier than May 31.

Exhibitor starts entrance to Exhibition Hall at 08:00am everyday.

Exhibitor passes are available at the registration desk at Hall 3G Foyer.
