The online registration system is open now. Pre-registration will be cut-off on May 25, which the conference package will be ready in Pre-registration Counter. Registration after May 25, please go to Oniste Registration Counter to pick-up your registration package.

*In order to submit the final paper or video submission at least one of the authors has to register in advance. Authors registered as student are allowed to upload 1 contribution. With a regular registration up to 2 contributions can be registered. If you want to upload more contributions, an extra fee of $300 per contribution is needed.

**In order to register as a student, register via the regular registration form as a student attendant. You will receive a confirmation mail for your registration. Send this mail together with a confirmation document of your student status. Such confirmation document can be a) copy of your enrollment or b) copy of your student card or c) official letter from your institution in English stating that have a student status. Please send the confirmation document to registration@icra2014.com

To register to the workshops or tutorials, you should either

  1. Register for the conference and for workshops/tutorials if you plan to attend the main conference and the workshops/tutorials(May 31, June 1 and June 5)
  2. Buy "3 Days package" if you plan to attend only workshops/tutorials but not main conference.

Cancellation Policy

Your registration fee can be refunded for a cancellation fee of $150 on or before March 31, 2014 with the following exception: if your registration was used to upload a final contribution to ICRA 2014, it can’t be refunded. On or after April 1, 2014, the registration fee can’t be refunded. All refunds will be made after the conference.
