Best Student Paper Nomination:

In order to be considered for the Best Student Paper Award the student’s advisor has to submit a nomination letter via PaperPlaza by September 15, 2013. The following information is required :

1. Student’s name
2. Student’s IEEE member number
3. Title of paper
4. Submission number of paper
5. Confirmation that the student was enrolled at the time of submission
6. Confirmation that the main ideas of the paper were developed by the student
