Become a Future Engineering Leader through the Management Trainee (MT) Programme at Jardine Engineering Corporation (JEC)

Ms Chloe Chung, 2016 SEE graduate in BEng Energy Science and Engineering. She joined JEC as a Management Trainee in 2016, and she is now an assistant project manager responsible for engineering projects.
Mr Terence Kong is JEC's Learning and Development Manager, overseeing the MT programme, corporate training, and talent management. He has over 16 years of HR experience, including recruitment, C&B, performance management, and staff development.
