“Happening Arts Programme 2024: Dubbing is Happening” has finally concluded.

The programme consisted of two workshops and a recording session. Due to an overwhelming number of applications, a competitive audition was held in February, and 22 students were selected to experience dubbing. During the training on 18 and 25 March 2024, students learned basic dubbing skills from Ms Phoebe CHOW, a renowned Hong Kong voice actress, in preparation for the recording day.

On 8 April 2024, students were divided into Putonghua and Cantonese groups to dub a video separately. With thorough preparation for the recording session, students showcased their incredible confidence and professionalism, delivering excellent performances with their voices.
