Organised by the Career and Leadership Centre of Student Development Services, the kick-off ceremony for the CityUHK Executive Mentoring Programme (EMP) was successfully held on 11 February 2025 with close to 130 participants joining the event!

The event began with a warm welcome from Professor Henry CHUNG, Dean of Students, followed by an engaging fireside chat featuring Professor Albert IP (Guest Speaker), Ms. Fiona LAM (EMP Mentor), Paolo Castro PALANISAMY (EMP Student Mentee), Ms. Elsie YUNG (Facilitator), and Hebe CHU (Student Co-Facilitator).

Professor IP shared his passion for student career advising, while Ms. LAM provided valuable advice on graduate employment and the importance of building a professional network. Paolo and Hebe also contributed their unique perspectives, making the discussion even more enriching.

The event concluded with a group photo session and networking time with refreshments. It was a fantastic opportunity for mentors and mentees to connect and learn from each other.
