Tony is a natural born leader who believes The programme inspires Tony to

Bachelor of Social Sciences in Public
Policy and Politics. He also has played
a large part in the CityU Servant
Leadership Training Programme. He
was the director of the Food Friendster
32 service team, conducting home-visits and
organising mass events for the elderly
to receive food aid. He works closely
with staff and gives himself unsparingly
to the programme. From a follower to
a top leader in his 4-year commitment
in the programme, the experience not
only earned him the Top Outstanding
Student Leader Awards, Tony also has
learnt to serve with all his heart and
humility; motivate both his peers and
the junior members by setting a good
example for everyone; and sharing his
thoughts and feedbacks with them
proactively. He is a good team leader.
He leads, he coaches and he inspires. “A
good leader is able to encourage and push
people up to reach their full potential,”
Tony says.
