Servant Leadership
Training Programme

The Servant Leadership Training Programme
at CityU is designed to help students develop
a positive attitude and a service-driven
mindset with the core values of a servant
leader. Students learn the core principles
of servant leadership in the training,
transform themselves by redefining their
roles, improving their communication and
work attitudes, and ultimately acquire better
leadership and team work as well as skills in
planning and implementing service projects.
Between 2018 and 2022, over 380 students
across disciplines were recruited and different
service teams were formed to deliver various
services. In the last academic year, over 230
Servant Leaders committed to serve in eight
service teams.
