Three CityUHK School of Law Alumni Silks Unite
A historic moment captured at the celebration reception following the Ceremony for the Admission of the New Senior Counsel on 16 May 2026, as two of our Senior Counsel alumni came to celebrate our newest Silk.
The event celebrated this year’s six newly appointed Senior Counsel, including our alumnus Mr Charles Chan SC (LLB 1997, PCLL 1998). Joining in the celebration were fellow alumni Mr Hectar Pun SC (LLB 1993, PCLL 1994) and Mr Richard Khaw SC (LLB 1992, PCLL 1993), who were admitted to the rank of Senior Counsel in 2015 and 2016, respectively.
Taking silk is the pinnacle of a barrister’s career. Having three graduates from our School reach the Inner Bar is a remarkable achievement that reflects their professional distinction and serves as a testament to the excellence of the CityUHK School of Law and legal education. We extend our warmest congratulations to Charles and to all our alumni silks on their continued success.
2026年5月16日，資深大律師委任典禮結束後的慶祝酒會上，迎來了一個歷史性瞬間。兩位同為資深大律師的校友特意到場，向我們新獲委任的校友送上祝福。
活動旨在向今年獲委任的六位資深大律師致以祝賀，其中包括校友陳永豪先生（LLB 1997，PCLL 1998）。一同參與慶祝的還有校友資深大律師潘熙先生（LLB 1993，PCLL 1994）及資深大律師許偉強先生（LLB 1992，PCLL 1993），他們分別於2015年與2016年獲委任資深大律師。
晉升為資深大律師是大律師職涯的巔峰。三位畢業生一同擠身資深大律師行列，這項非凡成就不僅彰顯他們的專業才華，也見證了城大法律學院及其法律教育的卓越成果。我們衷心祝賀陳永豪資深大律師以及所有獲得委任資深大律師的校友，祝願他們持續取得成功。
