SLW PhD Candidate Victor CHAN Named “Fintech Lawyer of the Year” at the 24th ALB Hong Kong Law Awards

CityUHK School of Law (SLW) is proud to share that Mr. Victor CHAN, a PhD candidate under the supervision of Professor Michael (Mikis) TSIMPLIS and an esteemed alumnus, has been recognised as “Fintech Lawyer of the Year” in the in-house category at the 24th Asian Legal Business Hong Kong Law Awards (“ALB Hong Kong Law Awards”). This recognition follows his previous accolades as "TMT In-house Team of the Year" in 2023 and "Fintech In-house Team of the Year" in 2024, marking his third consecutive recognition at the ALB Hong Kong Law Awards.

The ALB Hong Kong Law Awards, an annual prestigious event hosted by Asian Legal Business in association with Thomson Reuters, honours the outstanding achievements of both private practitioners and in-house counsel in the city.
