Congratulations to Professor Virginia Harper Ho and Dr. Lauren Yu-Hsin Lin on their appointment as Research Members of the European Corporate Governance Institute

City University of Hong Kong School of Law is excited to announce that Professor Virginia HARPER HO and Dr. Lauren Yu-Hsin LIN have been appointed as research members of the European Corporate Governance Institute (“ECGI”) from January 2023.

ECGI is a global research network and an international scientific non-profit association that provides a forum for debate and dialogue between academics from different disciplines, legislators and practitioners, with a focus on major corporate governance issues and the promotion of best practice. Its primary role is to undertake, commission and disseminate leading research on corporate governance. The new research members were admitted on the quality of their academic work in the field of corporate governance and will be eligible to publish their academic work on corporate governance and stewardship in the ECGI Working Paper Series (Law and Finance). The series is known for its reliable content, global outlook, and interdisciplinary nature. It is used by scholars, practitioners and policymakers alike to help shape informed views and debates on a wide range of global topics.
