- Competition kits will be distributed during Workshop I.
- Each participating team must ensure that at least half of its members attend both Workshop I and Workshop II. Teams failing to meet this attendance requirement will be disqualified.
- Each team must bring at least one laptop computer and its charger.
- Workshops I and II cover different content. Each workshop offers both weekday and weekend sessions. Teams are required to attend one session for each workshop only.
- The workshops will be conducted in Putonghua (Mandarin).
- Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Confirmed workshop schedules and detailed arrangements will be provided in the confirmation email.
