My education at City University of Hong Kong PIA provided the foundational knowledge that drives my daily work as a PR and corporate communications professional. Learning how to navigate policy setting and analyze the public interest developed my critical thinking, giving me a practical framework for public message delivery and issue management. These are essential elements in communication strategy, and this specific training allowed me to transfer my skills across multiple fields. Because of this strong foundation, I am equipped to handle complex, cross-sector communication demands in different sectors, moving from the international NGO landscape to commercial FMCG markets, and into the Government sector.
