Studying Public and Social Administration at City University of Hong Kong laid a strong foundation for my interdisciplinary journey across higher education, innovation and public service. The programme sharpened my understanding of governance, policy and social development, and inspired me to pursue impact across sectors. Over the years, I have been privileged to contribute to transformative initiatives in digital education and AI adoption, while also serving in a range of public and professional capacities in Hong Kong. These experiences reflect the versatility, civic-mindedness and strategic perspective nurtured by PIA. I remain sincerely grateful to the Department for shaping the values and vision that continue to guide my work and service.
