The Department of Public and International Affairs is pleased to share a recent “She Impacts@CityUHK” interview featuring Professor Elena ZILIOTTI.

In the interview, Professor ZILIOTTI discusses her research on integrating Eastern and Western perspectives in contemporary political philosophy. Her work explores how Confucian ideas of meritocracy, virtue, and leadership can complement Western principles of political participation, institutional accountability, and checks on power.

Professor ZILIOTTI also reflects on her academic journey, the importance of female role models in political philosophy, and her advice to early-career scholars and female researchers.

We warmly congratulate Professor ZILIOTTI on being featured in this University-wide series. To read the full interview, please visit the CityUHK website.
