Prof. Paul CHU won the Higher Education Outstanding Scientific Research Output Awards (Science and Technology)

Professor Paul CHU and his collaborators from the Nanjing University won the First Class Award in the category of natural science in the 2017 Higher Education Outstanding Scientific Research Output Awards (Science and Technology) by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China. The awarded collaborative research project is titled “Study on Photoluminescence Mechanisms and Raman Scattering of Semiconductor Micronanostructures”. 

The awards are presented annually to scientists who have outstanding achievements in fundamental and applied research of natural science.
