Dr Condon Lau and Dr Wing Chi Yu were invited to deliver two science lectures in the Hong Kong Science Museum on 21 July 2019. The titles of their lectures were "Physics in Modern Medicine" and "One Century Dream in Superconductors" respectively.
"Science in the Public Service" (SIPS) is a joint campaign by government bureaux/departments and other organisations to promote their scientific work and application of technology to the provision of services for the general public. Themed on "Science in My City", a series of activities will be held from July to November this year. They introduce the work of local organisations ultilising the latest technology to construct our smart city.
