- One-day Symposium Pass: HK$200
Remarks:
- ALL CONFERENCE SPEAKERS MUST REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE BY 1ST NOVEMBER 2018.
- Symposium fee includes light lunches, coffee breaks, symposium materials and symposium proceedings.
- It is expected that at least one author attends the Symposium to present the accepted paper/abstract/proposal/poster. Author(s) of the accepted paper/abstract/proposal/poster must register, pay the registration fee and personally present the paper/abstract/proposal/poster at the Symposium.
- Reduced rate applies to CityU Staff, SCM Industry Partners and Participants from countries on World Bank's list of countries with low & lower middle incomes.
- By registering for the Student Rate, you are certifying that you are currently enrolled full-time or graduating in August 2018. Proof of student status is required to confirm the Student Rate at the registration desk. The proof of student status consists of a valid student ID card or a letter from the institution’s registrar verifying the current status of the student/graduate.
- There will be no refund on cancellation after registration.
- Request for changes to symposium registration must be made in writing to smiscma@cityu.edu.hk and received no later than Friday, 28th December 2018 at 10:00 am (HK Time).
- Delegates are not allowed to share a registration - one registration per delegate. Once an individual has checked in, the registration may not be transferred or substituted by another delegate.
- The organizing committee of Art Machines: International Symposium on Computational Media Art reserves the right of final decision.
