Registration Fees

1. Early Bird (till Nov 9th)

  • Full Symposium Registration (4th-7th Jan 2019): HK$1,000

2. Reduced (till Jan 3rd)

  • Full Symposium Registration (4th-7th Jan 2019): HK$1,000

3. Standard (Nov 10th-Jan 7th)

  • Full Symposium Registration (4th-7th Jan 2019): HK$1,500

4. Walk-in (Jan 4th-7th)

  • One-day Symposium Pass: HK$700

5. Students

  • Full Symposium Registration (4th-7th Jan 2019): HK$500
  • One-day Symposium Pass: HK$200

 

Remarks:

  1. ALL CONFERENCE SPEAKERS MUST REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE BY 1ST NOVEMBER 2018.
  2. Symposium fee includes light lunches, coffee breaks, symposium materials and symposium proceedings.
  3. It is expected that at least one author attends the Symposium to present the accepted paper/abstract/proposal/poster. Author(s) of the accepted paper/abstract/proposal/poster must register, pay the registration fee and personally present the paper/abstract/proposal/poster at the Symposium.
  4. Reduced rate applies to CityU Staff, SCM Industry Partners and Participants from countries on World Bank's list of countries with low & lower middle incomes.
  5. By registering for the Student Rate, you are certifying that you are currently enrolled full-time or graduating in August 2018. Proof of student status is required to confirm the Student Rate at the registration desk. The proof of student status consists of a valid student ID card or a letter from the institution’s registrar verifying the current status of the student/graduate.
  6. There will be no refund on cancellation after registration.
  7. Request for changes to symposium registration must be made in writing to smiscma@cityu.edu.hk and received no later than Friday, 28th December 2018 at 10:00 am (HK Time).
  8. Delegates are not allowed to share a registration - one registration per delegate. Once an individual has checked in, the registration may not be transferred or substituted by another delegate.
  9. The organizing committee of Art Machines: International Symposium on Computational Media Art reserves the right of final decision.
