Advanced MRI Drug Delivery Monitoring
Label-Free CEST MRI monitoring of Theranostic Liposomal Drug Delivery from Nose-to-Brain
Advanced MRI Drug Delivery Monitoring leverages multiple CEST (Chemical Exchange Saturation Transfer) contrasts imaging to monitor treatment efficacy and disease progression in the brain. This innovative, non-invasive theranostic approach enables real-time tracking of liposome-based drug delivery and distribution, particularly through the nose-to-brain pathway, offering detailed insight into therapeutic outcomes. With strong potential for clinical translation, this method could advance treatment strategies for different brain conditions.
