Congratulations to Prof. YIP Hin Lap, Angus for being elected the Fellow Member of Optica

Congratulations to Prof. YIP for being elected a Fellow Member of Optica. He is being honored specifically for “pioneering contributions to advancing the field of printable photovoltaic technologies, including organic, perovskite, tandem, and transparent solar cells.”

Optica is dedicated to promoting the generation, application, archiving, and dissemination of knowledge in the field. Optica's renowned publications, meetings, online resources and in-person activities fuel discoveries, shape real-life applications and accelerate scientific, technical and educational achievement.

Fellow membership in Optica is limited to no more than ten percent of the membership and is reserved for members who have served with distinction in the advancement of optics and photonics.  This year, 121 members from 23 countries have been elected as Fellows for their outstanding contributions and service to Optica and the community.
