QR Codes for Conference Check-in and Campus Access
All participants will receive two emails, each containing a QR code, resulting in two QR codes for each participant.
Each delegate and participant must present this QR code for conference check-in. Upon check-in, you will receive your name badge and souvenirs.
Access control measures are in place at the University, requiring all visitors to pre-register. We will assist in registering you 3 days prior to the conference, and you will receive a QR code from the CityUHK system. Please present this entrance QR code to the CityUHK security personnel when entering the campus.
Badges
All participants are required to wear their badges at all times throughout their presence during the conference.
