Bad Weather Arrangement
In case of bad weather, please follow the below instructions. If you have any queries, please contact Conference Secretariat at the emergency numbers listed below.
Before the Conference

The morning session of the conference will be cancelled. |

12:00 noon |
The afternoon session of the conference will be cancelled. |
During the Conference
When any of the rainstorm or typhoon signals are hoisted during the conference, the conference reserves the right to amend the conference schedule.
