The CENG Mentorship Programme is designed to empower students on their journey towards holistic development and career success. Through meaningful mentor-mentee partnerships, the programme aims to:

  • Unlock Your Potential — Cultivate essential professional skills, foster personal growth, and build the adaptability and resilience needed to thrive in any environment.
  • Expand Your Network — Connect with accomplished alumni and industry professionals who can offer guidance, support, and access to future opportunities.
  • Discover Yourself — Explore your personality, values, and career aspirations, and chart a clear pathway towards your future goals.
  • Learn Across Generations — Collaborate with mentors from diverse backgrounds to gain insights into different cultures, lifestyles, and workplace practices, enriching your perspective and preparing you for a global career.

About The Programme

The mentorship programme accompanies students from their penultimate year of study through to graduation. Upon admission, each student will be matched with a dedicated mentor, an accomplished alumnus or an experienced industry professional, who will offer invaluable career insights, share practical wisdom, and champion their growth during this transformative period of academic and professional transition.

To foster meaningful connections, a formal mentor-mentee gathering will be scheduled during Week 13 of each semester. In the intervening periods, mentors and mentees are encouraged to maintain regular communication through digital channels to sustain ongoing dialogue and support.

Enrolment

  • Year 3 students with a minimum CGPA of 3.0
  • A strong motivation to learn and a commitment to personal and professional excellence
