JUPAS and JEE applicants will begin their first two years of study at CityUHK, whereas other international qualifications applicants directly admitted to the joint program have the flexibility to start at either CityUHK or CentraleSupélec. Students will then move to the partner institution for their third and fourth years. Upon fulfilling the requirements of both curricula, students will be awarded bachelor’s degrees from both universities.

Applicants must meet the entrance requirements of both institutions for admission. Applications will be reviewed by a joint admissions committee, and shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by representatives from both institutions.
- Non-JUPAS & Non-Gaokao Applicants: Candidates must first apply to CentraleSupélec. Shortlisted applicants will be interviewed, after which selected candidates will be invited to submit an application to CityUHK (1217). Admitted students may choose to complete the first two years at either CityUHK or CentraleSupélec, and then transfer to the other institution to complete the remaining two years.
- JUPAS & Gaokao Applicants: Candidates must submit applications to both CentraleSupélec and CityUHK via JUPAS (JS1217) or JEE (1217). Shortlisted applicants will be interviewed. Admitted students will complete Years 1 & 2 at CityUHK, then transfer to CentraleSupélec for their final two years.
- Current CityUHK Year 1 Applicants: Students must apply to the College of Engineering in Year 1 Semester B (March; details will be announced by email). Shortlisted applicants will be interviewed. Admitted students are required to change their home major to Innovation and Enterprise Engineering (IEEG) in Year 2, completing Years 1 & 2 at CityUHK, then transfer to CentraleSupélec for their final two years.
Finance
Students will pay tuition and fees to the institution in which they are attending. Eligible students may apply for scholarships at both institutions on their own.
