About Ir Mandy Leung

Ir Leung is the Head of Asset Strategy at CLP Power Hong Kong Limited, where she stewards the company’s electricity asset portfolio to enhance reliability, digitalisation, and support Hong Kong’s long-term decarbonisation goals.

 

Ir Leung has held key leadership roles including the past Chair of the Electrical Division, the Electrical Discipline Advisory Panel, and the Public Service Committee of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE), actively promoting professional development and industry exchange. She also serves on the HKSAR Government’s Curriculum Development Council, which champions STEAM strategies to inspire future engineers.
