Prof. Kannie CHAN has been awarded the ISMRM Senior Fellow by the International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine (ISMRM) for her pioneering work in developing dynamic glucose enhanced MRI for imaging early changes in Alzheimer’s disease and significant contributions to the field of CEST imaging, especially many novel biomedical applications. In addition, Prof. CHAN is the sole recipient from Asia this year, underscoring her global impact and leadership in the field.
