Executive Officer I/II

Duties

  • Provide executive support to the Head in the overall administration of the Department;
  • Supervise a team of support staff at the General Office;
  • Provide administrative support for delivery of academic programmes (including admission, course administration, curriculum development and quality assurance);
  • Organise the Department’s activities (including student-related events e.g. marketing and promotion, publication and external relations);
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support for the Department’s committees/meetings;
  • Prepare the Department’s reports; and
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
