Legal Transplantation of Chapter 11 of the US Bankruptcy Code
Collect data on UK companies, European companies and Asian companies (focusing on Mainland China, Hong Kong and India) that have undergone restructuring since 2000.
A full-time undergraduate student in Hong Kong with passes in at least 5 HKCEE/HKDSEE subjects and no more than 4 years of service at the University. Preference will be given to a law student who has read Company Law and has a keen interest in insolvency and restructuring law and regulation.
Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental consultations at the campus clinic.
