The appointee, depending on nature of the project and resource requirements, will lead or work with a team to undertake audits of University systems, operations, management structures and practices to improve controls, operations effectiveness and efficiency.
A good honours degree in Computer Science/Information System/Accounting/Business or related disciplines with relevant professional qualification(s) (i.e. CISA/CISM/CISSP/CEGIT/CIA/CPA). Candidates should have at least 10 years’ working experience, with substantial IT/internal audit experience and at least 3 years at supervisory level. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese with stakeholders at all levels; and proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP (i.e. Oracle, SAP, etc.), and electronic workpaper software are required. Experience in risk-based audits, risk assessment and risk management is preferred, and previous Big 4 experience is helpful.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes, and housing benefits (where applicable).
