Provide general support to School-wide functions (including admission, student loans and grants, student records and certification, venue booking and other related functions), and perform any other duties as assigned.
Occasional irregular working hours may be required.
5 passes in HKCEE/HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics with at least 1 year’s working experience. Good Chinese and English communication skills, good PC skills in Word and Excel, and typing speed for English/Chinese word-processing at 50/35 wpm are required. Ability to work under a tight schedule with multiple priorities is preferred. Candidates with less experience may be considered for appointment as Temporary Clerical Assistant.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
