SEE Team Won Gold at International Innovation Expo
We are delighted to announce that, under the guidance of Prof. Michael Leung, Chair Professor at the School of Energy and Environment (SEE), City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK), the HKTech300 startup Tushih, founded by Dr. Zhou Jinsong (Postdoctoral Researcher) and Miss Leung Tsz Kei (PhD Student), has been awarded a Gold Medal at the 8th China (Shanghai) International Invention and Innovation Exhibition.
Jinsong and Tsz Kei have created a groundbreaking nanostructured electrochemical catalyst and a high-power-density hydrogen fuel cell reactor. This cutting-edge technology is designed to make renewable energy use more efficient. It's already poised to power long-endurance drones, which could revolutionize the low-altitude economy. But that's not all—this innovation can also be applied to buildings, helping them achieve net-zero carbon emissions and promoting sustainability.
Congratulations to the team for their outstanding achievement and for leading the way in sustainable technology!
