Our Facilities
Clinical Skills Laboratory

The JCC's interim Clinical Skills Laboratory (CSL) is up and running for CityU's veterinary students. Using a range of tools from simple suture pads to cutting-edge surgical models, our students can continuously improve their practical skills in their para-clinical and clinical years. Development of clinical skills is an essential component of Competency Based Veterinary Education (CBVE) and Day One Competences.
When the construction is completed, the CSL will move into the brand-new Jockey Club Tower, and will include a large open access area, mock consultation rooms, a Virtual Reality room and a model development workshop.
Necropsy Suite

The new Necropsy Suite at the Department of Veterinary Clinical Sciences provides a modern, purpose built space that enhances veterinary training, clinical services, and research. Designed to meet high biosafety standards and equipped with updated technologies, the Suite allows students to gain valuable hands on experience while supporting the department's diagnostic and investigative work in animal health. This new facility reflects our commitment to advancing veterinary education and fostering discoveries that contribute to improved understanding and care of animals.
