Is it necessary to create an account?
No, you can use a guest account; however, if you create an account, then you can view your order history at any time. Delivery information will also be saved in the account you create, enabling faster shopping and checkout. Account holders will also receive special discounts and offers from us.
How do I place an order?
Choose your book › Click Add to Cart › Click the Shopping Cart Icon › Proceed to Checkout › Enter Delivery Address › Choose your delivery method › Choose your payment method
Upon completion of the order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
How can I determine my order status?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail after completing your order. Once we dispatch the books, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that can be used to check the status of your order.
I never received a confirmation email. What should I do?
If you have not received an order confirmation email, please first check the emails in your junk box. If you still cannot find the confirmation email, it is likely that your order was never placed or processed or that you have possibly entered an incorrect email address. Please contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to check the order for you.
How long will it take to receive my order?

How do I know if my order has shipped? Can I track it?
Once we dispatch the books, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that can be used to check the status of your order.
For local mail, we will deliver by S.F. Express and you can use the tracking number to check the delivery status at: www.sf-express.com/hk/en/index.html
For overseas mail, we will deliver via the HK Postal Service and you can use the tracking number to check the status at: www.hongkongpost.hk/en/mail_tracking/index.html
Can books be shipped to Mainland China?
Yes, our books can be shipped to Mainland China via the HK Postal Service. However, because of random customs checking in the Mainland, we cannot guarantee that all books can be delivered successfully. If you are concerned that the book you intend to order contains content that maybe sensitive, then please feel free to contact us (email@example.com) for further discussion.
How much is the postage cost?
All the postage will be charged based on the delivery method, the delivery zone and the total weight of purchase plus handling fee. For overseas delivery, you may choose surface mail or overseas mail.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Union Pay credit card for online orders.

Can I return the book that I have ordered?
We are sorry that we do not accept returns once the order is delivered.
Can I request a refund after paying online by credit card?
We are sorry that we do not offer refunds after the order is confirmed. The only exception is if the book is out of stock or out of print. If this is the case, then please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) to proceed with a payment refund.
What do I do if my book is damaged or if it has missing or incorrect items?
Please email us (email@example.com) with your order number and a description of the damage or the missing or incorrect items. Please attach a photo for our reference.
If my book is held at the customs checkpoint in Mainland China, can I get a refund?
We are sorry that we do not offer refunds if customs has kept your book for checking.
How do I use a promotional code?
You can enter the promotional code during checkout to enjoy special discounts or offers. Only one promotional code can be used per order.
Is there any discount for CityU staff, students, or CityU department?
Yes, CityU Staff, students, and department can enjoy 20% off the list price. Please indicate your identity and to use your CityU email address for our verification.
Why isn’t my promo code working?
The promo code may be expired. If this is the case, then a message will appear showing “invalid code” in red. Please try another code or proceed without a promotional offer.
What should I do if I have forgotten my password?
On your account page click the “forgot password” option and follow the steps to reset. If you still have problems, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I change my password?
Simply log into your account using your current password then follow the steps under the account information section.
