Students Share Joy of Volunteering
學生分享當義工之樂
To encourage students in developing leadership skills and nurturing their interests in community servicing,
Community Service Awards and Scholarships have been established with funding support from various
enthusiastic donors. Awards and Scholarships would be granted to students with outstanding commitment
and achievement in community services. In the academic year 2020/21, a total of HK$366,000 was awarded
to 43 recipients. Two of the recipients, Ms Annie Kwok and Ms Kellie Yuen would like to share their
servicing journeys with us.
為鼓勵學生建立領導才能及培育服務社會的精神,城大成立了「社會服務獎學金」,獎勵積極投入社區服務
並作出貢獻的同學。大學於2020/21學年共發放了港幣$366,000的獎學金予四十三位同學。以下由獎學
金得獎學生─郭芷婷同學及袁珈琳同學分享她們從義務工作中獲得的莫大裨益﹕

“2020 marked my fourth year in the Servant
Leadership Training Programme (SLTP) which
I have got ‘promoted’ year by year, taking up
