The CityU Global Work Attachment Programme provides students with a valuable
platform to enhance their international outlook and business mindset by interning in
overseas corporations. This immersive experience gives students the chance to develop
better inter-cultural communication skills and cultural sensitivity, hence to communicate
effectively with people from different cultural and ethnic backgrounds.

Executive Mentoring Programme

EMP is designed to broaden students’ perspectives about the world of work. The
one-on-one encounter with the executive mentor helps boost students’ confidence in
communicating with senior business professionals in the real world. It is also conducive
to maximise vision and experience sharing as well as the development of career interests
and goals.
