In October, there are few workshops conducted in Cantonese will be held by the JUMP Project, participants will explore more about positive emotion resonance.

#1 "Negativeity Club" - Expolore the meaning of Negative Emotions”

Through exploring the underlying factors contributing to different emotions, participants will understand more about negative emotions and be able to live with them comfortably.

#3 “Emotional education and crisis management in stress relief”

The workshop allows you to relieve your feeling under high-stress environment after facing some unexpected life event, life crisis or traumatic event at some point in our lives, our instructor will help you deal with different kinds of emotions, including sadness, anger, anxiety, fear, disgust etc.
