ABSTRACT

I will discuss some recent work on elliptic equations with coefficients which are Dini continuous in the L^1-mean sense. Our result answers a question raised by Y. Li and allow us to improve a result of H. Brezis. We also obtain a Harnack-type inequality for non-negative adjoint solutions which implies a weak type-(1,1) estimate for non-divergence form equations under the same condition.
