Important notes for CREATE! users


Online reservation of CREATE! service is unavailable (except 3D Printing). Please contact our staff at the IT Help Desk for assistance upon your arrival. In order to maintain a safe and pleasant environment, the CREATE! room can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons at a time only. Hence, we may allow the core user who made the reservation for entrance only.

 

Temporary Service Suspension due to System Maintenance

Owing to the maintenance of Library System, the system will be unavailable in the following period:

12:00 am to 02:00 am, 13 June 2021

During the period, the following services and resources will be temporarily unavailable:

  1. CityU LibraryFind - functions temporarily unavailable:
    • My Library Account
    • Loan and renewal
    • Book request (including book request via HKALL)
    • Access to electronic resources
  2. Access to Interlibrary Loan Services - ILLiad System
  3. Access (remote) to electronic resources from off-campus
  4. Access to CityU Theses (Via CityU Theses Online)
  5. Access to CityU Examination Papers
  6. Access to full-text documents in Digital CityU Collections
  7. Access to documents in Teaching Development Grant Projects
  8. Service requests via online forms
    • Application for loan privileges by spouse
    • Application for JULAC Library Card
    • Ask a Librarian
    • CityU LibraryFind Report Problem Form
