Subject Librarians provide subject-specific support, advice and services to CityU staff and students. They are the primary point of contact between CityU departments/colleges/schools and the Library. They are responsible for information literacy instruction, teaching and research support, and reference consultation.
Subject Librarians are available via phone and email, or via appointment to discuss research or teaching needs in detail.
Authentication is required to access the Ask a Librarian Online Form. You need to enter the following in the authentication form:
If you have forgotten your Library PIN, you can reset your PIN online. If you continue to have difficulties, contact the Circulation Counter in person for help.
If you haven't created your PIN before, leave the field "your PIN" blank. Then press the button "Submit". You will be presented another form where you can create your PIN. Once you have created your PIN, take good care of it! It will be needed when you want to access some of the Library online forms, to view your own circulation record in the CityU Library Catalogue, and to remotely access Library-subscribed web-based resources.
