Physical Requests – Collect items from the Smart Pickup System
A notification email will be sent to your CityUHK email inbox when the requested item is ready for pick up. Please refer to
Smart Pickup System webpage for further details about the system.
You can track the status of your request under “My request” in “My Library Account”.
User Note:
Interlibrary Loan books (HKALL / Others) that are not collected by the requester will be returned
to the lending libraries after the
Held for You Until Date specified in the
Materials Pickup Notice,
without further notification.
Digital Requests – Download Articles / Book Chapters
A document delivery notice with a direct download link will be sent to your CityUHK email inbox.
You can also download the item in “My Library Account”.
Please note that there is a
maximum view of 5 times. The item will be
automatically deleted after 30 days.
