Meet Jian Xin Yue from CityUHK’s BBA programme (Global Business Systems Management), who embraced an exchange adventure at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore and brought home fresh perspectives and unforgettable memories.

My exchange semester at Nanyang Business School (NBS) at NTU has been an absolutely transformative experience. From the moment I stepped onto campus, I felt welcomed by a community that thrives on diversity and innovation. The academic environment at NBS is both rigorous and incredibly rewarding. Through interactive seminars and collaborative group projects, I gained invaluable insights into global business dynamics, particularly within the Asian market. The professors are not just educators but also industry experts who genuinely care about fostering practical, real‑world skills.

Beyond the classroom, NTU provided a gateway to endless cultural exploration. Immersing myself in Singapore’s rich, multicultural tapestry and connecting with peers from all over the world broadened my perspective in ways a textbook never could. Whether it was studying late at The Hive, enjoying local delicacies at the campus canteens, or traveling around Southeast Asia with new friends, every moment was memorable. I am walking away from this exchange not only with a stronger academic foundation but also with lifelong friendships and a newfound global mindset.
