Loopsy is a culinary innovation food-tech start-up committed to a post-food waste world. Our delicious sparkling fermented beverages are made from whey. They are similar to kombucha, but are less acidic and smoother, and taste less sweet, with a lovely balance of fruit and spice flavours. We collect whey (that’s upcycled from strained yogurt production) and fruit, and mix them with spice and honey, creating a powerhouse full of probiotics, protein, electrolytes and B-vitamins. We are in the business of fixing things – like our broken food system. Let’s get back to making a difference.
