Self-managing Smart Wearables

Starting with a self-cooling strategy that incorporates multiple heat-transfer mechanisms—including heat reflection, phase-change absorption, and porous structures for enhanced insulation and heat dissipation—the team aims to achieve microclimate self-management in smart textiles by integrating self-heating, self-healing, and self-powered materials.
