AgileVise
Next Generation Surgical Training with AI, MR, and Robotics
AgileVise is transforming surgical training by delivering a fully immersive simulation of visual and tactile surgical experiences through Mixed Reality (XR), AI, and robotics. Using AI algorithms, patient-specific 3D anatomical models are reconstructed from CT/MRI data. Trainees then perform procedures—such as bone drilling or skin incisions—on these virtual models using a 5-DoF robotic system that replicates real surgical sensations with precision. The integration of robotics and XR enables dynamic visualization of internal anatomy, enhancing spatial understanding and procedural accuracy.
