Ms Vivian Yan is the CFO and co-founder of Taron Solutions, a CTDMO focused on biologics with expertise in cell and gene therapy. Prior to Taron Solutions, Ms Yan founded Delphinium Capital Partners Ltd., an asset management company that invested in female-led businesses. She has held directorships in publicly listed and privately held companies. She has been on the board of consumer goods, mining and biotech companies. She has also worked in major financial institutions such as Citigroup and Standard Charter. Ms Yan completed her BA at Smith College and holds a JD from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She also holds an MBA from London Business School.
