My exchange semester at Rotterdam School of Management (RSM) during the fall term was nothing short of transformative. From the very first lecture, I was impressed by the school’s vibrant, interactive learning environment and its emphasis on real‑world critical thinking. The faculty’s expertise and approachability turned challenging concepts into engaging discussions, while the diverse, international cohort brought a global perspective to every case study.

Beyond the classroom, Rotterdam itself was a dynamic and inspiring city. The modern architecture, thriving art scene, and unique cycling culture made daily life an adventure. I’ll never forget the weekend trips exploring Europe’s hidden gems with newfound friends from across the globe.

Professionally, I’ve grown more confident in collaborative problem‑solving. Personally, I’ve gained a broader worldview and lifelong connections. RSM pushed me to excel academically while embracing a “make it happen” attitude. This was far more than an academic term — it was a life‑changing journey I’d relive in a heartbeat.
