( If your home institution is not on our partner institutions list, you may consider applying as a fee-paying Visiting Student. )

Visa
Any person who does not have the right of abode or right to land but wishes to study in Hong Kong must obtain a valid student visa (or entry permit for students from Mainland China) from the Hong Kong Immigration Department in advance. Click for details.

It is mandatory for non-local students to have suitable and adequate insurance throughout the entire period of study at CityU. Click for details.
