2015–16 has been a fruitful year for the Foundation. Our fundraising
efforts have met with enthusiastic response from stakeholders and donors
from different sectors of the society. Their generous donations have enabled
CityU to push through various strategic development projects and, at the same
time, improve student welfare and enrich learning experience.

Through active engagement with local communities, numerous campus
visits by leaders of business and industrial sectors were arranged, during
which advancements made by CityU were showcased. By fostering stronger
partnership with various groups and sectors, we are better positioned in
nurturing talents for the future development of Hong Kong and beyond.

The following passages offer a glimpse into these activities in the past year.

城大基金於2015 –16年度取得豐碩成果，我們舉辦的籌款活動
獲得各方各界的熱烈響應。他們的慷慨捐款令多項策略發展計劃得以順利
推行，並幫助改善學生福祉及豐富他們的學習經驗。

基金為致力加強與本地社群的聯繫，多次安排不同工商界領袖到訪，向

他們展示城大的最新成就，藉此鞏固夥伴關係，攜手培育香港及世界未來
發展所需要的人才。
